Suzanne Law Marisa is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OVH US LLC dba OVHcloud based in Reston, Virginia. OVHcloud is a global publicly traded tech company and the leading cloud provider in Europe with 43 data centers world-wide. Suzanne joined OVHcloud when it was a start-up in the US and built the legal and compliance functions from the ground up. Suzanne is an accomplished strategic legal and business advisor with a unique combination of experience as in-house counsel across diverse industries (technology, transportation infrastructure, defense, satellite communications) and as outside counsel at high profile international law firms working with clients across the world. She has a breadth of international experience gained by living and practicing law in Europe and the Middle East.

Suzanne is on the Advisory Board of the Women’s General Counsel Network (WGCN). She is also on the Board of Directors of the i2Coalition, an industry trade association for intranet infrastructure organizations. Suzanne is a proud mom of four children, a competitive tennis player, an avid golfer, a [solidcore] devotee, and world traveler. Suzanne received a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of Maryland. She studied abroad in college at the University of London. Suzanne is also a graduate of the ACC Leadership Academy and a current student in the Wharton Business School’s year-long Global C-Suite program. She is also a CIPP-US certified privacy professional.
