Anne Kamosso is Senior Regulatory Counsel at Ohmium International, Inc., an international manufacturer of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolyzers that produce green hydrogen. She is currently building out Ohmium’s ESG program to meet the demands of the green energy ecosystem. Anne's in-house legal career has spanned 3 highly regulated industries, but compliance, governance, and ethics remain the common threads. She has many years of experience managing Codes of Conduct and enterprise policies; investigating matters and reporting to boards of directors on ethics and compliance trends; overseeing enterprise compliance and risk assessments; and advising executive management on changes in international, federal, and state law. Anne is a graduate of Oberlin College and American University Washington College of Law.
