The crypto market and regulatory landscape are changing quickly.  An increasing number of traditional companies are using blockchain technology and investing in crypto, and blockchain-native companies are more robustly pursuing new business lines and engaging in US operations.  This roundtable will focus on the commercial, legal, and regulatory considerations that companies involved in these activities (or considering them) should keep in mind and provide insights into pending actions by Congress and federal regulators.
