Begin your day with clarity and calm at our daily guided meditation sessions, held every morning at WIPL. These sessions provide a space to center yourself amidst a busy event schedule, offering practical mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and cultivate mindfulness in everyday life. Each session includes a guided meditation and a brief talk, making them accessible to both beginners and experienced meditators.

The talks will draw on insights and teachings from some of the most prominent female meditation teachers in the United States. The sessions will be led by WIPL team member Stephen McCollum, an experienced meditation teacher who leads weekly meditation classes in Pensacola, Florida and virtually.
