Access to justice is often considered a legal issue, but it affects every profession. And during this age of generative AI, which can in a variety of ways close the gap between those with access to justice and those without, women are in a unique and unprecedented position. AI used right will revolutionize work for the better, and more women than ever are in roles driving those efforts. At the same time, women both have more power than we used to and continue to be marginalized at work. We can and should draw on our increased presence and our real experiences of being sidelined to make this professional revolution a women’s revolution, becoming activists whose combined efforts, both large and small, can markedly improve working life for women.
