Effective mentorship is key to every lawyer’s success. At this roundtable, we’ll talk about the importance of mentoring relationships, why mentorship benefits both mentors and mentees, and how to reinforce and reward mentoring behaviors. We’ll also discuss how organizations can create a mentorship culture that breaks away from formal, hierarchical, one-to-one mentor pairings, and instead promotes flexible, robust networks of relationship “constellations” that professional women find much more rewarding.
