As ContractPodAi®’s Head of Legal Transformation, Manpreet builds and delivers legal transformation plans for our customers.

She advises on legal engineering and workflow automation implementations to ensure efficient and effective legal and technical practices. Prior to joining ContractPodAi®, Manpreet lead the legal transformation at Bosch Siemens (B/S/H) and oversaw the successful implementation of ContractPodAi® into the business. As a hands-on commercial lawyer, Manpreet has in-depth knowledge in IT law and has experience in drafting and negotiating all types of agreements from IT to procurement and sales contracts. Manpreet holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Westminster.
