Cass Sanford is OTC Markets Group’s Associate General Counsel. Ms. Sanford furthers the company’s regulatory and policy initiatives and supports the firm’s overall mission to facilitate small company capital formation and create better informed, more efficient marketplaces. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, Ms. Sanford represented issuers, broker-dealers and individuals in securities litigation, financing and various corporate and regulatory matters.

Ms. Sanford earned her JD from Hofstra University School of Law and received her BA from Mount Holyoke College.
