Elaine Scivetti, a partner at Blank Rome LLP, is a business lawyer who focuses her practice on commercial finance, representing banks and other lending institutions in a variety of complex commercial lending transactions including asset-based, cash-flow, and securitized financings. In addition, she represents borrowers in connection with acquisition loans and unsecured and secured general purpose and working capital borrowings, and recapitalizations.

Most recently, Elaine has been piloting new service delivery models and value-added services with her clients. This includes working alongside general counsel and c-suite executives to align value, create transparency and synergy of legal processes, and advance the business goals of her clients.
