Amy joined P&G in March 2007 and is currently responsible for managing a wide range of P&G’s lawsuits, including class action, product liability, commercial, and IP litigation. Before transitioning to P&G’s litigation group, she spent several years as the lead patent attorney for P&G’s $1 billion dollar Febreze air care franchise. In this role, she performed patent prep/pros/reexams & FTP risk assessments, negotiated technology agreements, and managed patent litigation & disputes. Prior to joining P&G, she led all IP matters for the nutritional supplement business at Amway. She serves as a chair/member on various boards and committees including LCLD’s Fellows Alumni Executive Council, Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation, Asian Pacific American Bar Association of S.W. Ohio., and P&G’s APA Leadership Team. Amy received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A., Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
