Anna Lueje is Assistant General Counsel, Global Compliance & Data Governance of the Hershey Company, based in Hershey, PA, and Washington, D.C. Her practice is wide ranging and includes cyber security, data protection, privacy, and corporate social responsibility.
Prior to the Hershey Company Ms. Lueje was Vice President & Deputy General Counsel of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. Ms. Lueje has worked in the legal departments of Northrop Grumman Corporation, Occidental Petroleum, and Texaco, Inc. She has practiced in international transactions, anti-corruption, government contracts, energy, and has led numerous international, cross-border, and domestic M&A transactions both as a buyer and a seller, and restructurings of complex legal entity structures.
Prior to becoming a lawyer Ms. Lueje worked for the U.S. Government in international affairs and served an overseas assignment at the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy. Ms. Lueje received a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, and her J.D. from the University of Michigan.
