Kristina Agassi serves as the Associate General Counsel for Zeta Global, a global data-driven marketing tech firm founded in 2007. In this role, Kristina manages and oversees Zeta Global’s legal matters, including ordinary commercial matters, acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture and other miscellaneous legal issues.
Previously, Kristina was a Senior Attorney at IEEE, a global engineering and technology focused company. In her position with IEEE, Kristina had broad responsibilities for IEEE’s legal affairs in the U.S. and globally.
Kristina joined IEEE from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she was part of its Corporate group. Before joining Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Kristina was an Associate in White & Case LLP’s London office where she was part of the firm’s Securities practice group. Kristina has experience representing both investment banks and issuers in initial public offerings, high yield financings, private placements, debt restructurings, and other capital raising transactions.
Kristina received a B.A. degree cum laude in Economics and Sociology from NYU in 2005 and subsequently worked for two years as a Management Consultant at Accenture. In 2010, she received a J.D. degree from NYU Law School, where she was Symposium Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
