As General Counsel for Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Caroline George is responsible for various legal matters including labor and employment, contractual agreements, joint ventures and partnerships, franchising, and day-to-day legal concerns that impact Crescent’s corporate operations and nation-wide hotel portfolio.

Since 2010, Caroline has led Crescent’s legal department, developing it, and its interaction with Crescent’s various departments by providing legal guidance on employment matters, contracts, risk management, and business development due diligence. In addition, she manages a wide range of property-level matters such as guests and/or contract disputes, legal communication, liquor licensing, and employment matters. Finally, Ms. George supports the Crescent hotel portfolio and clients in matters relating to general legal issues, licenses, permits, franchise agreements, human resources laws and property-specific vendor contracts.

Caroline holds a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University.
