As the General Counsel at Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., Brenna Lenchak provides practical and focused advice for the company and manages all aspects of regulatory compliance. Brenna has more than 15 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor for technology companies, with significant experience in the areas of cyber security, cloud, and professional services. She has been recognized for her ability to develop creative solutions for complex and high risk business issues and initiatives.

Prior to joining Fidelis, Brenna was the global strategic Associate General Counsel for Westcon Group, Inc., a $6 billion dollar distributor of technology products and services. She was responsible for providing practical and focused legal advice on security, collaboration, networking, data center and cloud services teams. Brenna also negotiated complex international transactions related to SaaS, TaaS, managed services, product resale and the distribution of subscription-based offerings.

Previous roles included Senior Counsel at Inmarsat, Inc., a global satellite company, where she provided advice primarily for the global maritime sales organization, and as a Senior Associate at Kalik Lewin, where she advocated on behalf of Brazilian orange juice and Ukrainian steel companies before the US Department of Commerce, USITC, and the Court of International Trade.

Brenna is a graduate of American University with her JD from The Catholic University of America.
