Verna Myers said “Diversity is being invited to the party; Inclusivity is being asked to dance.” The discussion around diversity is one that has been going on for a number of years now, but recent studies show that this push for diversity simply isn’t enough. To truly make the push forward, and to reap the benefits we all know that true diversity will bring, it is time to shift the focus of our discussions to inclusivity.
