For any global organization, the integration of legal and finance departments is critical. While the CFO analyzes financial reports, the GC will address business and compliance issues such as regulation, enforcement, geopolitical risk, etc. Both of these roles are highly experienced risk managers that will deal with many of the same performance-based issues -- financial, compliance, legal & ethical, accounting due diligence, compliance reviews, and more. This session highlights the many ways that GCs can work with CFOs to better understand the role of financial reporting and P&L in making their business decisions.
