As head of Validity’s Chicago office, Justin works directly with large and small companies and law firms to implement innovative client-focused litigation finance arrangements to manage risk and bring certainty to litigation expense.



Before joining Validity, Justin was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. During his 17 years at Kirkland, Justin’s practice focused on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, including trade secret misappropriation litigation, contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation, toxic tort, purchase price earn-out disputes, employment litigation and investigations, and fraudulent transfer litigation.



Justin earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif.
