Stefan K. Schnopp is Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary for Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S), a $32 billion telecommunications company with headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas and over 30,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Schnopp joined Sprint in 2008 and has responsibility for managing the company’s governance and other legal affairs, including corporate governance and securities law matters, financing and capital market activities, ethics and compliance, as well as executive compensation and employee benefits. During his time at Sprint, Mr. Schnopp served as the principal in-house lawyer on nearly $60 billion in capital raising and corporate finance transactions. Prior to becoming in-house counsel, Mr. Schnopp was a corporate attorney with Jones Day, representing clients on a wide variety of corporate engagements. Mr. Schnopp earned a B.A., cum laude, from The Ohio State University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Toledo School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
