Brian Edge serves as Senior Vice President of Legal, Franchise and Integrity Services at Mastercard. He is a strategic and creative leader with 20 plus years of broad professional services experience, a demonstrated talent for improving how things get done, a proven commitment to delivering client-centered, value-driven legal services, and a passion for people and organizational development. Prior to joining Mastercard, Brian worked in private practice, followed by in-house roles of advanced responsibility, including Sr. Director Global Legal Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. He holds a degree in computer science from North Carolina Central University and a law degree from the Indiana University-Bloomington Maurer School of Law.
