Stephanie Shirley is Senior Counsel – Labor, Employment & Compliance for Brunswick Corporation. In her current role, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing and implementing the labor and employment compliance strategy for the enterprise, which includes, among other items, day-to-day advice and counseling, litigation management and avoidance, policy creation and other objectives to reduce risk and drive business objectives. Stephanie also manages the day-to-day operation of Brunswick’s Ethics Program, as well as its strategic compliance initiatives regarding Ethics Training, hotline response and management, and privacy matters.
