Keeping Up with EPA & EHS Regulatory Compliance
Date & Time
Tuesday, May 21, 2019, 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Description

In the last year and a half, the Federal administration has amended and repealed many previously-enacted EPA and EHS regulations, including but not limited to California’s Clean Air Act and the EPA’s Obama-era methane rules (both of which require oil, gas and manufacturing companies to monitor and mitigate the release of greenhouse gases into the environment).  With all of the changes happening in Washington impacting business, how are corporations trying to stay compliant amidst all of these new environmental and emissions standards? As the laws governing how corporations impact environmental safety continue to change, this session will explore what GCs need to know to effectively advise their organizations on operations standards and compliance risks.
