Ruby is passionate about driving positive social change through research and education. She works directly with employers across corporate and government sectors to become leaders in workplace gender equality, embedding recent Respect@Work and gender pay gap legislation. As the lead facilitator of Future Women's successful Change Makers program, Ruby brings the empathy, energy and expertise needed to change hearts and minds, no matter the audience. Prior to Future Women, Ruby was a senior advisor to the federal Workplace Gender Equality Agency, developing a unique understanding of the national data, literature, and employer resources. This built on a career in public policy evaluation and consultation across the Aboriginal affairs and domestic and family violence sectors.
