Jessica Irving is a senior legal professional and a passionate advocate for workplace integrity. Currently, she leads the Workplace Integrity function at Canva, and serves as the interim Global Head of Employment Legal.


In her current role, Jessica leads Canva’s Speak Up program, Respect@Work compliance initiatives, psychosocial risk framework and is the key legal partner to Canva's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Squad. Her holistic approach to workplace integrity reflects her deep commitment to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
