Peta is the General Counsel at OSINT Combine. She was previously the General Counsel at Crescent Capital Partners, where she was responsible for the provision and management of legal services to Crescent and across its funds’ portfolio companies. Prior to Crescent, Peta spent nearly eight years in the UK and was most recently the General Counsel of the Justice & Immigration business at Serco UK&E where she was responsible for the management of the full spectrum of legal and contract work. During her time in the UK, Peta also worked for Rolls-Royce and Lloyds Banking Group as a consultant for Axiom Law. Prior to going in-house, Peta spent 7 years in private practice working for Denton’s in their Commercial Litigation team. Peta has a bachelor’s degree in Design (Visual Communications) and a Juris Doctor from University of Technology, Sydney; and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire.
