Annabel is the General Counsel of Savills Australia & New Zealand. She has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector, both in private practice and in-house. Annabel is known for her candour, directness and commercial acumen – as well as her broad strategic vision.

At Savills, Annabel oversees all legal matters pertaining to compliance, risk and regulatory changes across Australia and New Zealand, as well as managing contractual and commercial disputes, liability insurance and the business’ growth objectives. She has a profound understanding of the property market and its legal landscape and is responsible for communicating that landscape to Savills’ staff, providing comprehensive training and fostering a culture of legal awareness and proactive risk management.
