Matthew Flood has been general counsel of APM for 5 years, having previously worked in London for BP, SABMiller, and Balfour Beatty in both corporate and commercial legal roles.

While at APM, Matthew has seen the company grow exponentially, while managing a private equity buyouts, listing on the ASX, and three refinancings.

APM operates in 11 countries , and works on some of the largest government programs for people who have disabilities and who are unemployed, with a purpose of enabling better lives. As a result Matthew has had to grapple with complex regulatory regimes and transformational outsourcing programs. He is a champion of diversity and leads APM’s Pride committee.
