Roslyn leads the global team responsible for legal compliance, policy and regulatory engagement on privacy and data protection. She provides strategic and pragmatic advice to the business and has expertise in global privacy and data protection, data ethics, responsible AI and enabling business while managing risk.



Roslyn has previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel - Data Protection & Digital at Nestlé's global headquarters in Switzerland, as Corporate Counsel & Privacy Officer at Nestlé Australia, as General Counsel at LG Electronics Australia and was a commercial & IP lawyer in private practice. With over 20 years’ experience working with multi-national companies, Roslyn has an excellent understanding of B2C and B2B business issues in a fast moving world. Roslyn has spoken at numerous international data protection conferences, is an editorial board member of the Journal of Data Protection and Privacy and a member of the International Pharmaceutical Medical Device Consortium.
