Chris Halliday is a senior partner in our international M&A practice and has extensive experience advising on and project managing a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings, re-organisations, takeovers, and private equity transactions. He has acted for public and private companies of all sizes, both national and international. He has recently advised Capita plc on the £888 million sale of its Asset Services division, NFI Inc on its acquisition of Alexander Dennis and the shareholders of John Guest on its £690m sale to RWC.
