Romy Horn is General Counsel at Real Chemistry (previously W2O), a global health innovation company that embodies a new, holistic approach to address the radical transformation happening in healthcare today. In her role, she leads the company’s Legal and Business Affairs team, working hand in hand with the C-Suite and entire Operations group. Romy is fluent in global operations (US, EMEA, and APAC) with specific strengths involving intellectual property, digital, procurement, and privacy matters. During her tenure at Real Chemistry, she has also led the company’s overall legal strategy and execution through more than 9 acquisitions.

Romy joined Real Chemistry from 360i, where she was General Counsel for 7 years and partnered closely with senior leadership to deliver a strong mix of risk prevention and protection as part of the global network of Dentsu agencies. In addition to her work at both Real Chemistry and 360i, Romy’s background includes more than 14 years of litigation and arbitration experience.

A firm believer in sharing experiences and knowledge, Romy is a seasoned public speaker and frequently contributes to many conferences including NYSBA, the ACI’s Annual Summit on Digital Advertising Compliance, and ACC’s Annual IP Trademark, Copyright & Licensing Counsel Forum.

Romy earned a B.A. in History and Dance from Adelphi University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. Currently a Brooklyn resident, she spends her limited free time with infuriating multi-piece puzzles and has cultivated strong, but well-informed opinions on where to find the best Chinese noodles in NYC.
