Bill is the Chief Privacy Officer and Assistant General Counsel for Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. Bill manages the global privacy program and related legal issues. His job duties include incident response, working with developers regarding compliance, negotiating with customers, and monitoring global privacy laws and the obligations that presents. Prior, he was an attorney at Hall Render specializing in data issues for healthcare clients. Prior to that, Bill was an attorney at IBM. Bill is CIPP/E and CIPM certified. He is currently finishing his MBA at IU Kelley School of Business.
