Have worked for the past 20 years as an in-house attorney for ASM International N.V. ( www.asm.com ), a global manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment for chemical deposition, I provide legal advice and litigation management to ASMI and its worldwide subsidiaries (including ASM America, ASM Japan, ASM Korea, ASM Europe, and ASM Front-End Manufacturing Singapore). This includes regularly updating upper management on current legal issues. I am also responsible for enforcing the Legal Policy and the Contract Review and Approval Policy. I report to the General Counsel of ASMI.
