Shaun Palmer is General Counsel of Matchroom Boxing globally, and also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Matchroom’s U.S. operations. Matchroom owns, produces and promotes sporting events around the world, supplying virtually every major broadcaster of sports. In his role as General Counsel he deals with legal issues across a wide range of jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, across the United States, South America, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining Matchroom, Shaun worked at the international law firms of Jones Day in London and Debevoise & Plimpton in New York. In each case, his practice focused on managing global disputes and international law issues for clients in a wide range of industries. He is qualified to practice in both the UK and New York.
