Tammy Albarrán is the Deputy General Counsel at Uber. In this role, she oversees Uber’s global regional legal teams and CLO Operations.
Ms. Albarrán received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Uber in 2018, Ms. Albarrán was a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP where she handled pressing and sensitive government and internal investigations and litigation for clients. She conducted the internal investigation and co-authored the report with former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder that included concrete recommendations addressing workplace culture issues at Uber.
