Jason F. Cohen is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Diamond Resorts International (DRI), where he leads the company's global legal, compliance and government affairs functions. DRI is a global vacation ownership and hospitality management services business, with more than 100 resorts under management and operations in more than 15 countries. Prior to joining DRI, Jason spent more than 11 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including most recently as SVP & General Counsel of the global Corporate Legal Services Group and prior as VP & General Counsel of the Asia Pacific Division, based in Singapore. Jason joined Starwood from O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he worked in the Corporate & M&A practice group, in both the New York and Tokyo offices. Jason holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in International Relations from American University, School of International Service in Washington, D.C.
