Aja Baxter is the General Counsel and Secretary of Breather, which operates a global network of private office spaces accessible via the company’s website and mobile applications. In his role, Aja advises Breather's executive team on a variety of legal issues, including corporate governance, technology, real estate and employment matters.

Prior to joining Breather, Aja was General Counsel of EducationDynamics, which provides digital marketing services to higher education institutions. In addition to leading the Legal and HR team, Aja served as Chief Compliance Officer, and played a key role in the sale of the company to a private equity buyer.

Aja began his legal career as a corporate associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf before assuming in-house legal positions of increasing responsibility at Standard & Poor’s and LivePerson.

Aja is a proud graduate of Morehouse College and Columbia Law School.
