In this session, a case study will be presented that will delve into the effective process and individual roles associated with an investigation within the organisation. Points of discussion will include: at what stage do you engage external advisors? How is the investigation communicated internally and externally? How are internal staff interviews protected by privilege? What are the HR employment issues that may arise during an investigation?
