Megan currently oversees the Webber Wentzel Legal Services Centre. She joined Webber Wentzel as a Legal Project Manager in 2017 and specialises in the innovation and improvement of legal services delivery, including implementation of project management best practice, legal technology, legal process improvement and alternative delivery models. Prior to joining the firm she was Head of Consulting at Exigent, a global LPO company. In this role, Megan delivered strategic consulting projects focused on legal services improvement, efficiency and alternative delivery to law firms and corporates in the UK, Canada, USA, and Australia.
