Qualifications: Anne is a graduate of BA (International Relations), LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University. She is an admitted Legal Practitioner and a Conveyancer of the High Court of Namibia. An Admitted Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Namibia.

Member/Director/Trustee: Anne is a member of the Law Society of Namibia and serves as a member of the Namibia Deeds Registries Regulations Board. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of Bank Bic Namibia. She is a Trustee of the Frans Indongo Trust and a Trustee of International Facilities Services (IFS) Trust Namibia.

Profession: Anne has extensive experience of 12 years in the field of law, specializing in Commercial and Conveyancing. She was a Shareholder and Director at ESI for 8years. During 2017, she resigned from ESI and started practicing under the name and style of Anne Shilengudwa Attorneys. She started with only two staff members and in two years the firm has grown rapidly and now employs 4 Attorneys and 6 staff members.

Mentorship: Anne believes in empowering other women. She conduct her own mentorship program for young and upcoming women, by focusing specifically on how to overcome legal profession barriers and how to maximize them into success.
