Nina Barakzai is the president and chair of In-House Counsel Worldwide and currently sits on the Responsible Marketing Committee of the Data & Marketing Association. She is vice chair of the ICC UK Digital Economy committee and has served as a board member on the International Federation of Accountants' International Ethics Standards Board. She led the programme for Anti Bribery and Corruption, Whistleblowing and Anti Money Laundering for the Sky group of companies. Her professional experience is in compliance, ethics, privacy, corporate transactions, cloud services and social media and she serves on the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ Research Advisory Group. She is Chief Privacy Officer and General Counsel, Data Protection, for Unilever, handling all aspects of privacy and data governance.
