Andrew De La Rosa practises as independent counsel specialising in structuring and litigation concerning fiduciary relationships in the trust, estate, company, collective investment fund and partnership spheres.



His practice is international and he has long experience of dealing with the laws of all of the principal English common law-based international financial centres as well as the Islamic and civil code-based systems with which such centres interact. He is often engaged to review and advise on the enforcement, variation or termination of existing international trust and corporate structures, whether based in the Cayman Islands or elsewhere.



Andrew has been instructed as counsel in a number of the largest inheritance and trust disputes of recent years and a series of corporate and professional partnership restructurings.
