Oliver is counsel in the dispute resolution and litigation team at Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited.

Oliver has advised clients for over eleven years on the resolution of complex and high-value disputes and specialises in contentious Bermuda trusts. He has advised on, and appeared in, significant disputes in the Supreme Court of Bermuda and the Court of Appeal for Bermuda. Oliver acts for trustees, private individuals and families and corporate clients in Bermuda and internationally.

Oliver also specialises in (re)insurance disputes and regulatory matters, including sanctions and his practice also includes commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, and restructuring and insolvency. He has experience of commercial disputes in Bermuda, England and various international jurisdictions across Europe, the US, the Middle East and South America.
