Mollie Stoker is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Ocado Group and a member of its Executive Committee, leading Legal, Compliance, Governance, IP, Insurance, Data Protection, Sustainability and Health, Safety, Fire and Environment. She previously served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Britvic plc and DWF Group plc, and held senior legal and commercial roles at Suntory Beverage & Food. She has extensive experience supporting executive teams and boards through growth, transformation and crisis, including M&A, takeovers, IPOs, restructurings, supply chain disruption and regulatory change.

Mollie is a trustee of the charity Only A Pavement Away which supports the homeless into employment in the hospitality sector. She is also on the Founding Advisory Board of the General Counsel Wellbeing Network, an ambassador of Law Beats Cancer and is involved with a number of sustainability forums including Legal Charter 1.5 GC Forum and the GC Sustainability Forum.
