Description
Global mobility means “home” is rarely fixed. Some departures are sudden - as seen with ongoing instability and conflict in parts of the Middle East - while others happen gradually through life events such as marriage, family transitions, or later-life decisions. For internationally mobile families, the possibility of one day returning - whether to Italy, the UK, or elsewhere - makes forward planning essential. As tax regimes and laws change, advisers must build flexibility into structures and drafting so plans can adapt over time. This session will explore how advice has evolved in an increasingly complex cross-border world, and whether advisers still focus too narrowly on individual jurisdictions rather than truly global solutions.
