Whether a trustee or a lawyer, individual advisors want to ensure that they are sticking to best practices, modulating their risk, and are protected should a conflict of interest or other pitfalls arise. There have been numerous cases in the last couple of years where decision-making has been a key theme, and we will deep-dive into these and discuss what might have been handled differently.
