Childhood, marriage, death. At all stages whether or not our client (or our opposition) has capacity is a crucial point which we must consider. In this session we will examine how mental capacity must be engaged and considered at different stages of our clients' lives, with particular focus on the fine lines surrounding child capacity, predatory marriage and the assisted dying bill.
