Chris is a Partner and leads our AI and Digital Solutions team, delivering distinctive, “tech-native” services to clients. He combines market-leading legal expertise, deep sector insight and advanced technology to enhance traditional legal support, unlock new capabilities, and deliver more innovative and effective solutions across core areas including:

· Tech-enabled risk management and control

· Data extraction and terms analysis to support decision-making

· AI-powered due diligence and document review

· Streamlined transaction execution

· Technology-driven compliance monitoring and governance

· Chris acts for financial services and private capital firms, including banks, financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds and credit funds.

· Chris also advises clients on their adoption of AI – from implementation programmes and scaling use, to developing and embedding custom workflows and agents, and advising on policy, governance frameworks and operational guardrails.

· Chris is recognised as a leading voice on artificial intelligence. He is a member of the Law Society’s AI Working Group, as well as the City of London’s Lawtech Sounding Board and the Harvard Law School Innovation Colloquium. He is a regular industry speaker, contributor and commentator.
