Jeremy Saw oversees commercial, structuring, operations, legal and compliance for the Asia business of Gresham House. He became part of the Gresham House team in January 2026 following its acquisition of SUSI Partners, which he had joined in 2022.

Prior to this, Jeremy was a foundational executive management at InfraCo Asia (part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group) where he was Director, General Counsel, and served on the Executive Committee, establishing the organisation and its functions from the ground-up. Jeremy was also Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie, working throughout the Asia Pacific, Australia and ASEAN, across regional corporate markets, project finance, energy, mining, power and infrastructure.

Jeremy has circa 17 years of experience across private equity, fund formation, M&A, finance, structuring, origination, project development, construction, asset management and operations throughout Asia Pacific and across the infrastructure, critical minerals and energy sectors.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma in Modern Languages, from The University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Australia, a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in association with The University of Manchester Alliance Business School, and has completed an Accredited Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University (SMU) in partnership with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
