He has worked on numerous notable transactions in the area of mergers and acquisitions in Malaysia (in particular in the banking and financial services sector), and has represented a wide spectrum of clients, including sovereign wealth funds, government investment corporations, pension funds, government-linked corporations, private equity firms and institutional investors, on both the domestic and global fronts.
