Mr Glenn Seah is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretariat for the Singapore Exchange Group (SGX Group). SGX Group is a leading multi-asset exchange group offering trading, clearing, settlement, market data and index services. Mr Seah provides legal and compliance leadership and manages regulatory relationships for SGX Group on a global basis.

Mr Seah was previously Regional Head, Wholesale Bank Compliance for a major international bank, and was also a Deputy Public Prosecutor with Singapore’s Attorney-General’s Chambers. He currently also serves as an independent director on corporate and not-for-profit boards.
