C. K. Kwong JP (Justice of the Peace) is member of the Expert Advisory Group on Legal and Dispute Resolution Services established by the Department of Justice (DoJ), Arbitrator of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Arbitrator Panel established by the authorities in the 3 jurisdictions, director of the International Lawyers Network, a Senior Partner of SFKS.

CK Kwong, Solicitors and International Past President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) which has members from 25 jurisdictions, and the Immediate Past President of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb). Due to his contributions to the protection of Intellectual Property, Mr. Kwong was appointed by the Hong Kong Government as Justice of the Peace. His practice covers intellectual property (registration, licensing and enforcement of patent, design, copyright and trademark), arbitration, mediation, public and private corporate transactions, China
projects and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Kwong is qualified to practise law in Hong Kong, PRC (Greater Bay Area), Australia (Victoria), England and Singapore. He is also a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb London), a WIPO appointed Neutral and Domain Name Panelist, Centre for Efficient Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Accredited Mediator, a Notary Public. He is on the Panels of Arbitrators for arbitral institutions in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Zuhai, Huizhou, Langfang, Dongguan, Macau, Hainan, Wuhan, Shanghai and Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre of Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO-HKRAC). He is a former director of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute
(ASTRI) and Nano and Advanced Materials (NAMI). He proposed the idea of legislative guidance on arbitrability of IP rights which was accepted by
the Government and enacted as the Arbitration (Amendment) Ordinance 2017.
